Our flowers are always of the highest quality, full of seasonal beauties and locally sourced where possible- our dahlia were grown locally just 6 miles away from us!

As our flowers are perishable, they must be delivered on the first attempt.
We cannot offer free re-deliveries if no one is in, so please give us clear instructions on where to leave the flowers.
We also ask for the recipient’s phone number so we can contact them to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct as we do not accept any liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses that lead to incorrect deliveries.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of the flowers, please send us a photo of the bouquet ASAP to be eligible for a replacement bouquet or full or partial refund.
Please cancel your order before 12pm the day before delivery to be eligible for a refund by emailing us at email@example.com. As our product is perishable, we do not offer re-deliveries, nor are we able to offer a refund if the flowers have already left the studio for delivery.
Our flowers are subject to availability. We make every effort to match the designs as closely as possible to the image on the product page, but if a specific flower is not available we will replace it with something as similar as possible, of equal or greater value.
We do not share customer details with any third parties.
