ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Ready To Wear Wedding Flowers
  1. COSTS

The prices quoted include VAT but not delivery charges.

  2. DELIVERY CHARGES

Are calculated at time of purchase online. Any questions, just email us.

How long before my wedding should I order?

We need at least 7 days notice, but the more time we have the better!

    How are the flowers delivered?

The flowers are carefully packed in recycled packaging. Bouquets arrive in bags with tissue and small cups of water, making it easy to transport them throughout the day. Just pop them back in water when not carrying to keep them fresh.

    When should my flowers arrive?

Your flowers should arrive on the day of your wedding unless you are getting married first thing. Our earliest deliveries arrive at 9am

Can I have multiple drop offs?

Of course! Just email us info@sweetpeaflowers.co.uk with addresses and we’ll calculate the costs

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Yes you can make changes to your order up to 7 days before the wedding

Can I tweak the style/colours/floral element of my bouquet?

We can make some slight adjustments if there’s availability, but if the overall design changes there may be additional charges

  3. FAQ’S

Who gets a buttonhole or corsage?

The Groom, best men, fathers and any of the men in your wedding party you’d like to include. Corsages are bigger and prettier, suitable for for the ladies in your party

    Are pins supplied?

    Yes

    Can I keep the vases?

Yes, the price of the vases is included. Feel free to give them out to your guests afterwards if you are feeling generous!

How many Jam jars should I order?

They come as a set of 3 and work both on round tables as a cluster, and on trestle tables running down the centre as a runner. For a more floral look, 2-3 sets work on a 6ft round table

Where can the pickle jar go?

It works well as a focal piece both at the Ceremony and Reception, for example on the bar

Feel free to email us info@sweetpeaflowers.co.uk with any questions!

  4. T’S & C’S CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order up to 14 days before the wedding for a full refund

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR FLOWERS

1
1
SHOWING YOUR BOUQUETS SOME LOVE

  • Your bouquets will arrive in a water source, lovingly wrapped in tissue and placed inside a bag.
  • We recommend keeping them in water for as long as possible to keep them at their freshest.
  • When you take the bouquets out of the water source, have a towel or tissue handy to dry the stems and stop any drips landing on your dress!
  • We suggest taking the bag and water source with you to the wedding so you can easily transport your bouquets, it will help prevent bruising to the delicate flowers.
  • For optimum freshness, especially on a hot day, pop them back in water when not using.

Lapel and Hair flowers

Buttonholes, corsages and flower crowns arrive ready to wear, so if you’re not wearing them straight away, keep them somewhere cool, out of direct sunlight to prevent them from wilting.

How to keep your vase displays in tip-top condition

Pickle jars and jam jars will arrive with low levels of water for easy transporting. To make sure they last all day and beyond, top up the water as soon as you can. When they’re in their final position at the venue top them right up to the top.
